You can't play Guild Wars 2 singleplayer. It's an MMORPG. You can only play single player in solo instances, but I guess that's enough for the tag eh?But at the same time it's important to let people know that they can play by themselves, without needing to group up or pvp. You can in tyria (free to play) its really hard everywhere else.. and as a new customer i'd say almost impossible to solo living story and expansion content solo. As long as there is just 1 other player on a map it's stll not single player though.Thats great as long as they are doing the same content you are.

Dunno where you are from but from me the lag is all over even tyria is unplayable at this time. Turn down the graphics settings, such as the character model limit, or run the game on a better PC to get max settings. Doesn't make any difference my ping is jumping from 250-1000-250-556-600 etc Zero to do with graphics. Never done this for many years and i've been here on and off for 8 years.Also i noticed servers are flipping every few mins in Pof that can't be normal... Like I said in my reply to the poster, I don't see the number of player affecting network lag. If this were true, adjusting the character model limit should resolve that. When Americans are asleep my ping isn't so bad, when they wake up my game goes to hell.. so its definitely population based. Or it’s based on the ISP networks which are not as overloaded when people are asleep. No SWTOR, FALLOUT 76 and ESO are running fine thanks. Just ask in LA if people are having network issues if you don't believe me. Not all connections are routed the same by the ISP. Yes they are here in Australia as there is only one large ISP network. A lot of people are being affected just ask in guild or main cities.. My guild of Tiny talks about network issues daily. I don’t mean just your local ISP. I understand but you did say local isp.. that said alot of mmorpgs run into similar areas. I honestly feel by asking around that these network issues are in Anets ball park.. remember low ping customers may not actually feel much issues.. That said everyone on our server is bringing up network issues constantly i'm on sea of sorrows of course. I did not say local ISP. Fair enough either way its not changing anything many customers are having issues at this time, think yourself lucky you are not.

How? Zerker does 35-37k condi and power. Yeah great, try staying alive on the living story and expansion bosses to do that damage..

Steam sells by countries currency so its a big deal to people who aren't American.

New races and new specs and more stories, its really all i ask for in an expansion.. I just hope they tone down the difficulty, hot and pof are not fun to go through.. Raid bosses in story mode is defeating story mode.

This has been an issue for years.. Living story 1 is highly needed in the story as it makes no sense through a lot of the later content.. I started LS1 but never finished it because it was so hard and i took a break, so even though i was there kinda, i too this day still have no clue what happened..

I agree op, the game has kinda gone off the rails crowd control is off the charts and i have fears the Steam crowd are not going to enjoy this either..The games modern mechanics are frustrating and tedious and anyone with a higher than 90 ping will have a really tough time in this game.. I'm currently sitting on 400 ping as an Australian and dodging bosses is almost impossible, even at a standard 250 its really hit and miss. Living story and expansions are a huge step up from Tyria base content and i see customers getting killed daily, trying to solo content in them.. I fear without damage reductions in these contents the steam customers will slowly move on to other games.EditI see its an old thread but things are just as bad now as when the op wrote this.

Quick question do you have a golemancer rune on your aqua breather aswell? Yep! I even double check before posting, just in case. Weird i used to have these runes and it used to spawn underwater. I wonder if the ogre runes with the rock dog still do. Its use to indeed! It stoped working when they did the big rune rework/update Well that sucks that literally makes the last part of the runes useless underwater. Excatly! Since its my rune of predilaction, (Yes yes I know, its not the best one, far from kt, but its a golem!!!! :3 ) and they seem to want more underwater content thats why I point it.I just noticed yesterday my Engineer is using these, thanks for the heads up on the underwater aspect.

I got very little it was a bit of a scam tbh.. i got one weapon skin a costume by luck and a few useless old school armor skins that i had years ago but for some reason was removed again after.. and very little else.. If you were going to buy two mount skins from the previous packs where you choose your mount (actually one from the previous packs and one from the new packs) those two mount skins would cost you 2400 gems, which is the price of the entire package. Everything else you get, you'd get for free. You've only got week one, but week two gives you two mounts and your choice of outfits from the outfit select license. Since week 2 costs more than the entire package, I don't see how you can think it's not worth it. One of the select boxes from week one saved me a black lion ticket, because it allows you to select a brand new skin from the current selection. Plus wardrobe unlocks which are admittedly and supposed to be a kitten shoot. The game lists EXACTLY what you get and it's what you get. To me this is the best value on the TP if you were going to buy mount select licenses anyway. I was just going by week 1 but fair enough that makes sense thanks. If its select a mount thats great, i just hope its not random as i always get skyscale skins and i have none, not interested in skyscale.

As long as they own PoF and are full powered top tier mounts then yes.. not that basic stuff we get now..

Sounds good on paper but Anet really drop the ball on heavy armored range options.. Another bad ranged option on warrior wont help..
