  2. I mean we all knew that the first strike mission was going to "evolve", so how is it disappointing that they did what they told us?
  3. It's a victimless crime, so there is no reason to hate the perpetrator. Everybody can do whatever they want. If it pleases them to afk farm somewhere they are allowed to. If they do it for long periods of time apparently they are active enough to pass a GMs teleport and chat check, so what gives.
  4. I definitely expect him to become a boss, for sure. Either way, I'm pretty excited to see what they have in store regarding that.

Is not even that i have to wait 2 years for a update is more the lack of communication the Silence that they say Nothing about it the 2 years You have to wait 2 years for an update that was communicated to you to still be in its infancy.You must really try hard to not "hear" all their communication about this, because it is right there.

  7. She has fulfilled her purpose of killing Kralkatorrik with us, since then she's kind of been a candle that was about to burn out. It may be considered a little tacky even to finish off a character that has outlived their original purpose, but it's not that big of a sin in writing imo.RIP
  8. Episode releases rarely feature the full balance patches we've been getting so just wait a couple of weeks for that.
  9. You say that, completely ignoring that the one strike we got was intentionally super easy... Do you really think it won't get harder? It's still supposed to be a level between raids however.
  10. I'm around 1250ish currently, but I haven't had the time or interest going into WvW all that much for the past 12 months. Got from rank 30 to where I am in about 2 years.
  11. Really loving the Sylvari Male, but my main is a Norn Female and I've grown really fond of her too.
  12. Honestly it's because fall damage is a thing and gliders completely negate that.
  13. Personally I'd be disappointed if that happened. Takes away from the magic of having this creature stalk us and all, however that turns out, when we see 50 of them sitting in LA or DR every time we waypoint there.
  14. That's the "Boneskinner", a monster that will "haunt" us. It's been talked about on streams (and their big announcement in the theater) and we've seen concept art of it.
  15. Why would you think they're not coming? We've got updates often enough, we know it's their main priority right now. It's been 2 years since they told us at the infancy of the concept and it hasn't been a high priority at all until not too long ago. How fast did you want them to push that system out? A week after announcement?
  16. The journey there can be quite fun too. You unlock new drops which can be a source of income, even if you dont care about it yourself.
  17. There is no build diversity where one (or a few) builds can outclass every or most other options available. Then there is the gameplay angle. Is it really fun or necessary to be sniped down from 2k range in a second? Probably not.Is it fun to get hit by one skill and instantly lose most of your health? No.Is it fun to get jumped and suddenly have 20+ stacks and multiple damaging conditions on you as the enemy /laughs and probably teleports 2 screens away at the same time? Not really. So you tone down all three. "But things can be countered by X"It shouldn't be borderline impossible to win without doing that however. CBA to write more, you get the point.That's the stuff that matters imo.
  18. They play quite often. They usually have streams for it too.
  19. The only thing that needs to be changed in the tower is the 15 minute timer and large waiting periods as the map resets and you have to wait for the others to finish. Throw a few more chests along the way.
  20. I said it before but Scourge and in turn Necro as a whole, should be balanced around the choice of EITHER support or damage. Change Scourge traits to be either one or the other, then make them do exclusively that which they chose. Sand Savant could simply be "you now hit enemies instead of allies" or the other way around and then all you'd have to do is tweak some numbers. Barrier in that case could be personal only. Base line should hit both, but capped at 2 (2 allies including self, 2 enemies), then you get the choice to spec into support only, increasing target cap on allies at the cost of more enemy targets.
  21. It actually sounds pretty good, because bosses can never be CC'd anyway and this would add a use to that at least.
  22. Weren't they removed from the BLCs recently? It's because they are an awful standalone purchase and outfits can show different parts of the character as well as physique that can change the look of it, so it would make sense to bundle those as somebody may want to change their looks to fit properly.
  23. I feel like Scourge just shouldn't be able to do both. Differentiate their ability to support or deal damage, never have both.
  24. As with all WvW maps it has areas that are largely unused. I'm pretty sure 80% of people don't even know there are wyverns in the top right corner. Other than that I prefer it over any other map. The way height plays a role in defense, attack and general movement is neat. Alpine is bland and boring in comparison.
