I think they are OK actually, I'm in the market to make some duplicate weapons (ie 2nd sword/axe/pistol/dagger) and going down the rabbit hole that the kralkatorrik axe would look great with my binding of ipos, the jormag axe would go with my frostfang etc. so i could be a while making some of these. But yeah if they are cheaper than making a second shining blade then cool.

I don't like the 'slide' it does when turning. I suffer from motion sickness so it will make this mount unusable.

Well i got the amulet last night. Shame you can't really see the effects through my aurora/vison auras. I don't mind flashy, so as we can turn it off, why couldn't of it been a bit more pronounced or at least made to work with the other trinkets?

I am going to do a gen3 just to say i have one🤣. I am expecting a 100% cantha map to be done, so am using WvW to at least get the HP's 😅. I am treating them as a gen2.5, so yep gift of wood, medal, already have GoBs, farming gold and keeping all my MS/clovers. Also doing the pinnie in case i need those gems. The main thing i think to do is farm gold because we just don't know how these will be made or how different they will be. I am hoping that Anet will take pity on me this time round and make it easier to do, because if they did give them a high cost people probably wouldn't even stiff at these.

I was thinking we were going to get a dragon like the otter, considering the words on the actual thing. It's going to look awful on some of my character set ups but hey ho, at least i don't have to go into pvp. *cheers in vial of salt* So when do we get an extra effect for my 2nd conflux? Pretty please.

The only thing i want is a way to get legendary armour in PvE that's not linked to any group content and i can do in my own time. This has been blown out the water many times.😡 *sigh* I guess i will need to do those 3 seasons of pvp again. 🤢 1 more set to go.

Well he did change his view, that is the point, just as seeing the posts on twitter aimed at people who disliked the jade coming from content creators. At least WP kept it classy.

His change around on opinion is nothing to what i've seen on twitter. I mean we are allowed an opinion., even if Anet doesn't like it. At least the stream looked 'better' than the trailer.

I don't see the issue, I want to have things to find out about. I think they are spoiling enough showing what the maps look like. And besides, you get to see some of the events during the trailers. I love exploring 🤷‍♂️

Doubt we will get anything PVP in this xpac, unlike it's GW big brother which brought in 'different kinds' of pvp. It's all about strike missions now.

I wasn't going to comment about the jade considering how the Echovald thread was treated. But it does beg the question if the map designer actually had a nose at the GW maps because the jade wasn't just a uniform colour there, in some places it actually looked like a solidified sea complete with foam and bubbles. It was blue-ish in some places blue-ish green in others. However, i'm still looking forward to explore more.

I'm not sure. I was expecting buildings set in the trees and never saw any? Anyway i'm sure i will revisit my opinions of the forest once i've ran myself round it.😅

I'm just wondering where the oni are. Won't be the same killing a bunch of mobs not to have two of those kitteners spawn. Besides that an interesting map. Nice to see JQ. Interesting that the sea is still jade and yet Echovald wasn't petrified. A insight on how Kaineng might appear too? I think i'm more excited to explore this map and thankfully it doesn't give off the POF vibes i thought it would. It looks fresh.

Finally managed to complete this, breakfast in one hand ranger in the other, had to be online early. Helped with getting the cache dudes too as less people breaking their Dps meters. Last night was awful. Hopefully the next part of the story isn't quite so annoying.

This is basically how i see it and i've said so on other threads. I still believe the jade sea will look more like water than sand but have the same vibe as PoF. As far as the map is concerned, it is stunning. Not hating on the map as it goes. It was as i expected. I'm just sad they felt they had write out the kurzicks and luxons in the way they did. And the fact they left HZH to rot but FA was kept.

Anyway, what did you think of the maps?
