However, IF they were to do so, maybe they could redesign the invisible slippers with a slight glow or other invasion effect. I heard pretty much the opposite - that someone at Anet really wanted a toggle to hide shoes for their own character but was told it'd be too much work to update the UI to add another toggle, but one of the artists who model new skins liked the idea and created the invisible boots as a work-around and (because items go through a different approval channel to UI changes) those got approved and added into the game. 1 2 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Interesting. It could be true. There hasn't been an "official" statement on this yet. So we don't know which version is really true. I would also really enjoy a full-on diving suit, with an oxygen tank backpiece and all; though that would defeat the purpose of the aqua-breather, I guess. Maybe next year? About half of grown women on that beach wear swimsuits that is just as revealing as the swimsuits introduced in this game. Do they qualify as inappropriate or "light porn" to you? They could add that + the old fashioned type thick rubber diving suit with lead weighted boots and the iconic diving helmet called the "mark V". that one would be also excellent for Bioshock cosplays and what not. @Vilin.8056Well everyone has their own taste in clothing/fashion. This is why there is variation in the looks of armor sets. There were inappropriate armorpieces in the game already, way before these beach clothing came into the picture I get it; its beach clothing so more often its revealing and ofcourse people wanna show "the goods" sometimes. ;Nevertheless the Devs should consider adding a few less revealing ones; for more fashion variation; otherwise gw2 is bound to look exactly like that video.
