Grothmar Valley Last POI

Just a heads up for anyone who cant get that last poi, you need to go to the wardowns and interact with 4 trees that have markings on them in a specific order and it will give you a prompt to be teleported to the ash outpost with the poi. Included is a link to a very rough map I drew while figuring this out. The order is marked on the map.

A couple of tips to add-on to your post:

-- You must click on the trees in the correct order starting at NE (arrow), SE (Circle), SW (Heart), NW (Square)-- Only click on a tree once! There will be a tiny/short audio squish sound and no visual icon etc-- You will know you clicked twice on a tree if you get caught on fire (if this happens, re-start at Arrow)-- When you get the order correct, you will get a dialog box asking if you want to be ported

@Jables.4659 and @Zushada.6108 much thanks to you both! I've got the map complete except for that last poi and I've been wracking my brains trying to figure out how to get to it without any luck. Map chat was filled all afternoon with people as baffled by it as I was. Now I can head back there and get it done. Sweet!

EDIT: And I got it - Woo Hoo! Those maps were invaluable so a special thank you also needs to go out to the unknown person who tagged those trees.

There are more than 4 trees, so it could be random each day, this could be a pain to figure out.

Today the first 3 trees are near each other and the fourth it in the middle.

I can't seem to get the correct third tree. There are several in that spot, and no matter which one I select third, it will set me on fire.

Of course, getting into there is only half the fun. Then you get to play another clue hunt. It's not as bad as the first, though, and not needed to get the POI.

The trees change daily. There are six of them. The daily pattern is shown on the table next to Malice, or so I was told.

I think it would have been better if Marjory had dropped hints about the place after going to the map and when the player finds she rewards them with a portal scroll to the map; which upon use drops them into the hidden area.

Exactly. There is nothing to decode, just find the four corresponding trees and interact with them in the given order.

The trees south of the camp in the Wardowns area have the same pictures scratched into the trunks, you click the trees that match the same pictures. Left is the first one, right is the last one. If you click the wrong tree you get burned and it resets so you have to start back at the first tree again.

Hi Everyone,

Here's a link to Reddit that discusses how to complete the POI: When I posted yesterday, I didn't realise that the symbols change daily as it was before reset. Last night while helping some guildies, I found this thread on Reddit and it helped.
