Lordblacknail.3652
I would love to see much simpler outfits, such as Gwen's Attire. Not everybody wants to look like Elton John.
notebene.3190
There are a few others. The Sunspear was a good simple, heavy look. Few of the converted tonics are okay (though I'd like them to make me a hybrid of individual clothing pieces I used to wear as a single outfit, but I digress). Nature's Oath is fun. Monk's is another.Having said that, there are some great outfits NPCs have. I'd like the dark overalls with the white short sleeved shirt some of the human female blacksmiths wear in Queensdale, I think it was.

Fenom.9457
The upcoming one is AMAZING because it has NO capes, cloaks, robes, trenchcoats, or buttcapes at all. I'm buying it just for that.
Rauderi.8706
There's a reason beyond rarity the old tonic outfits are selling so well on the market. We want some stylish clothes without having our profile extended outward by 50%.
Xeno.1298
Most are rather pricey, but there are still some old clothing tonics available on the Trading Post that can be converted into outfits.https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Tonic#Clothing_Tonics
IndigoSundown.5419
I also would like simpler skins (armor or outfits). The baroque, overly ornate stuff is an eyesore.
Mediahead.3542
I'd love to have an athletic outfit for my daredevil. Also a kind of casual outfit that's somewhat similar to town clothes/wedding outfits but would look different and would have emblems based on what god/spirit/legion/college/cycle you picked when you made your character (ex. human picks Grenth in character selection, a grenth emblem would appear on their outfit)
Yamazuki.6073
Simpler outfits/armors would be nice, and it would be nice to be allowed to use armor skins from other classes even if it had a higher cost.

artharon.9276
since town clothing system is gone remaining tonics became inaccessible. make them accessible, even better, release new simple outfits.

I prefer something that both fits in lore, and looks trendy. A lot of gw2 outfits look more like in universe cosplay, kind of like turning up to work irl in a batman costume... coso.9173
yes please! give us new ways to get the old town clothes! why not have them? we've been asking them for years, they're already there! just add the goddamn tonics as a reward or sell them in the crownstore!and more simple outfits would be amazing, i don't want a fucking shining armor, or spiky shoulderpads with dark energy, i want simple, sleek designs! kharmin.7683
I think they cycle through the BL Statuette vendor. I bought two last month or so.

If you just want the outfit it's quite expensive and you could be waiting a long time for them to be available. It would be nice if there was another option too, like there is with other stuff offered for statuettes. Most of it is also available directly in the gem store as well. kharmin.7683
Well, to me, it is the same concept of the gem shop with artificial scarcity. I believe it is intended for people to purchase more keys to open more chests and get statuettes to have ready for when items cycle back.

It has in common that this not always available. But there's another variable, that you never know how many statuettes, and therefore how many keys you're going to need to buy to get it.
