Add rare infusions to black lion chests?
Raknar.4735 replied to andreiblue.8231's topic in Guild Wars 2 Discussion
Adding them, but making them soulbound would be funny. -

We need more group focused content.
Raknar.4735 replied to Einsof.1457's topic in Guild Wars 2 Discussion
The whole game is group focused. Just group up. -
why is there no solo end-game content?
Raknar.4735 replied to RagiNagi.1802's topic in Guild Wars 2 Discussion
Probably would be just as unpopular as raids/dungeons, so probably that's why. You don't really get the "massive multiplayer" from an MMORPG in low player count instanced content like solo/raid/dungeon content. -

It's an okay expansion. Story was better than HoT, but PoF & HoT just generally had better additions in my opinion. A lot of the EoD content relies on the player being interested in the Aurene legendaries. If you don't really care about them, you're better off farming some LW maps. And while DE is mechanically more intense than other maps, it just feels like a worse & less appealing version of DS to me. (The lower map population caps also makes it feel less "massive")

Already Blocked players in latest update
Raknar.4735 replied to Heibi.4251's topic in Guild Wars 2 Discussion
Afaik no. But you can just readd them to the blocklist to remove them. -
PoF - Mounts, Story, Exploration HoT - Revenant, Gliding, Exploration EoD

Person too angry to acknowledge his assumption is wrong after being called out would rather deflect and constructs his own strawman argument 🙄. God forbid someone answers a question.

Koi fish swimming in circles / yin yang isn't something Cyperpunk 2077 invented. It's a popular symbol.

I think what he was saying is that "Kraken" do not exist in greek mythology. So there is no greek version, just a english-invented interpretation of greek mythology. I'd say the closest thing to kraken in greek mythology are either Cetus, Scylla or Charybdis.

Agree. Overreliance on boons just created something like the holy trinity, just generally more unrelatable than the generally accepted tank/healer/dps that is used in multiple other games. While the lack/removal of the holy trinity was originally designed so you didn‘t have to wait for certain classes/builds before having fun and tackling content, the „trinity“ just came back in a less intuitive form for certain types of content.

How about 10 PLAYER version of dungeons?

I‘d rather them spend their resources elsewhere. -

4th Expansion villain idea, yay or nay...
Raknar.4735 replied to greedywholesome.9081's topic in Lore
Aside from her not having any current reason for turning evil, I’d be against yet another Asura as the main villain. -
What's GW2's biggest lore mistake according to you?

Many things in the Manifesto don't hold up. Things like: or Just aren't true anymore with content requiring specific preparation. Want to do any of the bigger Meta-events? You'll end up on a empty map if you don't proactively look for a group in LFG. Same thing for the "your choices matter" during perstonal story. They've never really mattered long term, only short term to get some specific rewards earlier.

[Suggestions ] Just listen to this guy
Raknar.4735 replied to LordOfDeath.7420's topic in Guild Wars 2 Discussion
While true, there's also a huge difference between games like Animal Crossing or Soulsborne and MMORPGs. If you were to play Soulsborne like some people play MMORPGs, by min-maxxing & watching guides left and right, you'd end up with a game where bosses would just get 1/2-hit. The beauty of playing a game like Dark Souls & Animal Crossing comes from being able to go in blind & not having to know stuff. It's the reverse for some MMORPG content where you're expected to know stuff from the get-go, even when attempting something for the first time, because your group demands it. So in a way, the whole Soulsborne series is a whole lot easier than MMORPGs if you were to put in the same amount of research into it. Also funny to see the same people, once again, bickering amongst themselves & targeting the "casual"-boogeyman using the same old tired rhetoric, spreading toxicity & hijacking yet another forum thread. Guess things never change with you guys 😅- 354 replies
