Is there a site to show or share templates for wardrobe/dyes to make your characters look like your favorite TV/Movie/Other Game character?

 

I've seen a couple characters that look like they stepped right out of "Assassin's Creed" and that got me thinking; Are you a Norn "Hulk" or "She-Hulk"? Or from "The Walking Dead"?

 

We can share builds, why not wardrobe combinations?

I don't know if there's a site or anything specifically for showing off in-game cosplay but I know quite a few people do it. (Including a guy I see in WvW periodically who looks like the Hulk.)

I feel like I need to say I didn't put a lot of time into these (especially Elsa) and could probably do a better job if I did. I make temporary characters for various reasons regularly and if their appearance isn't important to the purpose I'm making them for I tend to either experiment with ideas for characters I might want in future or do something like this, but since they're temporary I'm not going to go out of my way to unlock skins for them or anything so I have to work with what I've already got.

There is a rule that you cannot use names which are under copyright or trade mark, but my understanding is it's there for two reasons:
1) To cover Anet if the owner complains - they can use the rule to prove they don't allow it so they can't be sued for the copyright violation, and can simply force you to change the name because you're breaking the User Agreement so then the problem is solved.
2) To stop people advertising in the game. There was a weird week in GW1 (which also had this rule) where I kept seeing characters named after Nokia phones standing in towns talking about how great the phones are and how everyone should buy them. I'm not sure if it was a weird form of official advertising campaign or something a player decided to do themselves but either way Anet banned them all.

It will be almost impossible to find named from other media you're able to use, but mainly because they're already taken by other players, not because Anet won't allow that name (which gives a different error message).

Huh, you never saw my characters I guess. I'm actually sad that I can't make more androgynous looking females in GW2. 

Personally I wouldn't call Lara Croft a tomboy anyway.

I've seen at least a couple of Lara Crofts, but if I've got screenshots of them they're in one of my unsorted folders.

I've also seen quite a few characters with a similar theme, but not deliberately copying Lara Croft or other existing characters. I do have screenshots of some of them, but I'm never sure about posting screenshots of other people's characters.

My guild leader is Optimus Prime. I've got an engineer dressed up as the Fourth Doctor who's been a crafting mule for years, but he heard about the Mechanist profession and decided he wants to come out of retirement.  :)
