Can I formally request all these Dragon Response Missions get a QA glance-over:
1) Fixing the Champions LFG to create parties instead of squads.
2) Prevent the allies from constantly dying so fast.
3) Allow the DRM to begin once all 3 mini-goals are completed.
4)If we disconnect inside the instance allow us to get back inside the instance.
5)For specifically Gendarran Fields, can you place 2 of the stationary allies in more strategic areas instead of where they are?
For the Norn allies: the jaguar and raven norn shaman are mostly out of the enemy's path. Also, since we fight the boss at three interludes, maybe allow one of the shaman to come and assist us during that interval.
Thank you for your time!

Can we also move the respawn on the checkpoint slightly so that when you die and return to the checkpoint it doesnt automatically cause the player to interact with the Portal to leave the zone thereby popping up the dialogue window asking you if you want to leave.
About the Gendaran fields DRM, the Norn shaman buff you get when you spend Tyrian defense seals to
acquire Norn faction help: 1 bleed stack and cripple on 15seconds cooldown. Is that a private Anet joke?
Yep, but you don't need to wait for the respawn option. You can use the waypoint when you"re dead even if your party is still in combat.

I think we are currently play-testing them.
To me, it feels like the play-testing of everything in GW2 is being done on the live servers.
Its one thing to be beta-testing content for free and its another to ship gold content and have us find "bugs". Kinda sus
At the minimum give us that buff without us needing to spoon em!
I'm frankly shocked this isn't fixed yet. They acknowledged it on reddit day 1. This is really hindering the contents reception.
Well they might push out a patch in 11 hours when next part of this episode might hit.

To answer the title it's simple "No, it's not playtested. Why? because we are (the players) are the playtester." there is reason why they don't have test server because they just treat player as the tester.
Good, bad, indifferent game service practice?
Good suggestions. Pretty interested in what today's patch brings.
Also it would be good if the escort NPCs don't backtrack after each ambush. The whole escorting thing could be a lot faster and less complicated as the NPCs are always so kitten slow (for example: you don't need to consistently be close to them and they move on their own) as it makes the whole mission fail easily due to the timer when running full challenge mode solo. The boss fights themselves aren't even long even with challenge mode, they die within 2 minutes in normal and 4 to 5 minutes in challenge mode when solo. It's usually the whole escort thing that takes the most time because, like I mentioned, NPCs are very slow and don't move on their own (you basically have to hold hands with them the entire time).

These three (the last two in particular) are especially important in my opinion.

No more LW episodes, only Expansions and Side Stories, please!
What class are you playing to get them down that fast? Even in a full group, these bosses take ages. And there's no way the Gendarran boss goes down in that short a time for anyone with the different phases it has.
In Brisbane, I died at the boss. It happens. But when I went to waypoint, I found I was lost in the skritt tunnels.
Maybe the path could be a bit more linear if we aren't going to make use of the space, or some indication of where to go?
Not to mention endless tornado spam that can't be avoided unless you want to stop dps and run around for a good chunk of the fight. (what is it about being a dev that brings on a fetish for trolling and annoying the playerbase)
...I had no idea there was even going to be a patch today because if there isn't....oof.
omg THIS. Endless CC towards the player. None of us have THAT much stability. smh
Don't forget how it's a scaling instance. When solo mobs melt. The scaling isn't balanced around average player. It's like forged steel strike. Solo or 2-3 is much faster depending on comp.
Destroyer slaying sigil+ utility helps with the melting too
bah they don't even tested the story. Calling a councillor Vark whereas there never been any councillor Vark.... Vark and Yahk there is a difference.
Also it needs boosting by a lot the rewards, and make doing the challenges more more rewarding too.

Re: your points:
1) The parties thing is especially problematic. Also even if all 5 people are in Eye of the North it is possible they do not get the popup for private instances.
2) Even playing full on healbrand the allies die almost instantly.
3) Either make it start and lock the mission once the mini-goals are finished for private groups or offer more stat "morale boosts". The reason for public missions to not start once the mini-goals are complete is possibly to make sure the party is filled.
4) disconnecting is an issue
5) The allies are more or less useless for all the missions if you have CMs on
I didn't even know you could get help from the Norn. I've seen the Asura, Crystal Bloom, and Seraph only.
They turn up in Gendarren as “the shapeshifters”

5 from what I seen the only not useless npc is the veteran watchwork knights.
Scarlet knew she was onto a winner when she nicked them

Even with a perma-stability build (which I use) you can't stop the 10-second knockdowns and endless tornadoes. Luckily there's no point in farming them.
